We invest in continuous training to all security personnel before being placed at your premises. It is an ongoing process at GROUP 3. We have improved in efficiency and talent in the below mentioned field and the same is imparted to our security personnel through periodic training.

PHYSICAL & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS TRAINING

Physically fit security is an asset to security organizations. We impart physical training to our security personnel to overcome physical threats. We also provide professional training to our guard to effectively handle any emergency.

FIRST AID TRAINING

There may be situations which might require First Aid. First Aid is the assistance given to any person suffering a sudden illness or injury. Our security guards are trained in providing proper care to preserve life, prevent the conditions from worsening and to promote quick recovery.

FIRE & SAFETY

An important service of security is the prevention of fire. Firefighting is an emergency operation required to deal with unforeseen problems. We Train our guard on firefighting skill by providing frequent mock firefighting drills conducted by the Fire safety department.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM TRAINING

We train our guards on how to act in case of emergency and disaster response which includes firefighting, First aid, emergency evacuation etc.

CROWD CONTROL

There may be an unforeseen crowd eruption during an event or in any unforeseen disaster. Our guards are specialised in controlling and handling large crowds irrespective of any situation.

COMMUNICATION SKILL TRAINING

A security personnel should possess a Good communication skill so he could handle the visitor and make a good impression. Our guards are trained on communication skills to handle the first line of communication to the visitor.

TRAFFIC CONTROL

There may be a situation where there is a need for Vehicle movement and evacuation inside or outside the premises, Valet parking etc. Our guards are trained in controlling the traffic situation in and around the work premises.
